Item Type: POE Tester, Model: NF488. This network cable tester is designed for line power testing and uses a durable ABS housing. It is powered by 3 x AAA 1.5V batteries, with batteries not included, and is suitable for practical use in field service and maintenance work.

The host features a 128 x 64 mm dot matrix LCD screen with backlight for clear viewing, and the display language is English. It is equipped with 5 function keys plus 1 power key, making operation straightforward and convenient during cable and power checks.

Interface details include 4 RJ45 ports and two DC ports. It supports diagonal testing for CAT5 and CAT6 cables, cable sequence and fault testing, and differentiation between shielded and unshielded network cables through 1 to 1 alignment. Short-circuit prompting is supported, and the RJ45 main interface with receiver can be aligned 1 to 1 for accurate testing.

For network and switch testing, the RJ45 main interface can be connected directly to a switch. The test length is approximately 600 m / 1968.5 ft, and loop testing is compatible with 10M, 100M, and 1000M switches. The lighting function is also supported for use in low-light environments.

The POE test range is DC 5-60V for nonstandard and standard POE switches, with power supply line sequence reminder supported.
