LD8001 79G Millimetre Wave Liquid Level Detection Sensor Module Non-Contact High-Precision Ranging 15M LD8001 Description

LD8001 is a sensing module developed based the ADT3102 chip, with a single integrated 76-81GHz RF transceiver system, 1T1R PCB high-gain antenna, 1MB flash, signal processing unit, and ARM Cortex-M3 core. The module is based the FMCW signal processing mechanism and combines the signal processing algorithm to achieve high-precision ranging, suitable for high-precision liquid level and material level measurement.
BOOT1 and BOOTO modules have pull- pins inside. BOOT1 must be connected to a low level before starting the module.
Configuration tool description:The LD8001 module can directly use UARTO to output the detection results according to the specified protocol. The serial port data contains distance information, and users can use it flexibly according to specific application scenarios.
The detection distance of the module is closely related to the target RCS and environmental factors. The effective detection distance may change with changes in the environment and target. Therefore, it is normal for the effective detection distance to fluctuate within a certain range.
The module has extremely high requirements for power supply, requiring an input voltage of 3.1-3.5V, power ripple less than equal 50mV, current greater than equal 1A. If using DCDC power supply, the switching frequency is required to be no less than 2MHz.
