- Defining and perfecting Start with clean, brushed brows. Tweeze any stray hair using our mini tweezers. Step 1: Dip the ANGLED BRUSH into the soft wax. Using angled strokes, create the desired shape. Step 2: Use the same ANGLED BRUSH to apply the setting powder filling in the gaps. Step 3: Use the SPOOLIE BRUSH to comb through and style your brows. Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness.
