How to use VTA balance of singing arm:
Move the to the middle of the record, put down the arm and make the needle fall the record. Place the adjusting ruler the side of the arm to see if the arm is parallel to the horizontal of the adjusting ruler. If not, adjust VTA (i.e. adjust the height of the arm)
