Metal Integrated Gear High Precision Extruder Gears Description

Integrated shaft design ensures better concentricity of gears, reduces eccentric rotation of gears due to assembly, and ensures more uniform transmission of filaments by gears.
Metal Integrated Material Gear: POM gears are upgraded to (30% glass fiber) gears. material has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, heat insulation, and wear resistance.
Scope of application: for CNC Extruder, for 0, 0.1 and 0.2 series or other places where this set of gears can be used. If you are good at mechanical design, you can also part of your extruder design.

Not suitable for extruder
There are some products on the market that can be equipped with gears. Because of the size and tolerance , you can align the filament inlet by squeezing the large black gear to move the position or adding a gasket to the shaft
The integrated gear needs to use the latest official R2 version of , Please contact customer service before placing for R2 version.
