The PRO D1 is a passive DI box: it features an unbalanced input jack (6.35mm/1/4 inch) for connecting musical instruments or other unbalanced signal sources such as electric guitars, electric basses, keyboards, etc.; and a balanced output jack (XLR jack) for connecting mixers, audio interfaces, or other devices requiring balanced signal input. Both inputs and outputs are isolated to prevent ground loop current interference, and a 6.35mm straight-through jack allows unprocessed signals to be sent to other devices (such as amplifiers) for real-time monitoring. Ground Switch: Used to disconnect the Pin 1 receiver of the DI box's XLR jack, preventing current from flowing along the shielding between the DI box and the microphone preamplifier, thus breaking the ground loop and eliminating noise caused by grounding issues. Frequency Response: 20Hz - 20kHz, improving audio signal integrity and achieving excellent reproduction of high and low frequency signals. Input and Output Impedance: Input impedance is 50kΩ, output impedance is 600Ω, helping to reduce signal reflection and distortion, achieving efficient signal reproduction. Attenuator (Pad): Used to reduce the input signal level and prevent signal overload. Attenuation values are 0dB, -20dB, and -40dB.
