This product was just what i was looking for, i have bought various pairs of scissors in the past and have been disappointed with there performance, but these cut extremely well. They also easily come apart for cleaning.

These are a comfortable fit in the hand. They come apart, and go back together, easily for cleaning but don't come apart when you're using them. I have yet to need to sharpen them. The blades are a close fit together so what you're cutting doesn't bend between the blades, but actually gets cut. A vast improvement over their predecessors, the utterly useless and over-priced Jamie Oliver ones.
