For a fraction of the cost of a new door replace those worn-out rollers. This steel housing and spring-loaded arm with the 1 Inch steel ball bearing roller attached. Used by Bay-Mills as well as a variety of other patio door manufacturers. The roller arm is spring-loaded and adjusted by the adjustment sleeve and screw on top.
