The flexible film piezoelectric sensor is a high-sensitivity polymer piezoelectric film sensor. It consists of a PET substrate, upper and lower electrodes, a piezoelectric film layer, and an insulating protective layer. It can be used to measure physiological signals such as pulse, heart rate, and respiration, as well as monitor physical phenomena such as oscillation and impact. When force is applied to the surface of the piezoelectric film or the film is bent, an electrical signal is generated between the surfaces of the upper and lower electrodes. This signal is led out through the connection terminals and processed by a charge amplifier or voltage amplifier and a corresponding processor to obtain the desired signal.
