The Sony FDR-AX100E is a portable 4K camcorder. Equipped with a 1-inch Exmor R CMOS image sensor with approximately 14.2 million effective pixels and a maximum of 20.9 million pixels, this model features a BIONZ X image processor and supports 4K video recording in XAVC S format up to 3840 2160 / 25p with a maximum bit rate of approximately 60 Mbps. It is equipped with a 12x Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* optical zoom with a maximum aperture of f2.8 - 4.5, containing AA (Premium Aspherical) and ED lenses with a design of 17 lenses in 11 groups and a wide angle of 29 MM. The body features a 3.5-inch Xtra Fine LCD flip screen with approximately 921 Megapixels, a flip angle of about 270, and a body weight of approximately 790 grams (about 915 grams with battery).
