Speed Controller for Electric Scooter 1S/Pro Model with 38 km/h Max and 20 km/h Limit, Durable Replacement Part Description

Compatible Models: Designed for Xiaomi Electric Scooter 1S and Pro/Pro 2. For M365 models, a compatible Bluetooth board and an upgraded motor are required.

Important Notes: Please confirm your scooter model before purchase. This governor is intended specifically for 1S and Pro/Pro 2 models, and compatibility with counterfeit or modified units cannot be guaranteed.

Speed Control: The governor adjusts speed by modifying controller firmware. The maximum speed depends on motor capability, and a 250W motor may not support 38 km/h. For better results, a 350W or higher motor is recommended.

Usage and Responsibility: This product is intended for private, off-road use only. Installation may change controller software and may affect warranty coverage, insurance coverage, or local regulations. Use at your own risk, as neither the manufacturer nor the seller assumes liability for damage to the scooter or other property.

Installation Steps: Power off the scooter, remove the four screws securing the handlebar stem cover beneath the display, and keep the screws for reassembly. Open the stem cover to access the display wiring harness, disconnect the connector between the display and main wiring, insert the governor module with correct alignment to avoid pin damage, secure it inside the stem housing, reinstall the four screws, and press and hold the power button to activate.
