CCD chip: TCD1304 for , pixel 8umx200um, total pixel 3648 and wavelength response range of 300nm~1100nm.
5V power supply: only one USB to serial port module can meet the power supply and acquisition at the same (USB to serial port module needs to be purchased separately).
The default baud rate is 921600. The baud rate can also be changed upon request. TTL serial port output can be easily changed to USB, RS485, RS232 and others, or communicate with other single-chip microcomputer and FPGA system.
Just send a read command to the module, and the module can immediately send the collected data to the upper computer.
The integral of TCD1304 can be set using the command.
