Synopsis:
大秦帝国之崛起
In 305 BC, Ying Ji, the longest reigning king in the history of Qin, succeeded to the throne. During the following fifty-six years, King Ying Ji of Qin, supported by his mother Empress Xuan and uncle Wei Ran, grew from a young and inexperienced king to a resolute and composed one, truly dominating the world; And the state of Qin also rose from a second rate power to a superpower that dominates the world. With the assistance of Empress Dowager Xuan, the strategist Fan Ying, and the "God of War" Bai Qi, King Zhaoxiang adopted the national policy of "exchanging strength and benefits" and "distant and close attacks". He led the people of Qin to successively destroy Yiqu, repair the Great Wall, severely damage Qi, capture the capital of Chu, force Wei and Han to bow down and surrender, and engage in extremely brutal battles. The Battle of Changping dealt a devastating blow to the only remaining major enemy at the time, the State of Zhao, and ultimately eliminated the Nine Cauldrons of the Western Zhou Dynasty in one fell swoop! From then on, the Qin Dynasty was unparalleled in the Central Plains, and eighty-six years later, Ying Zheng's ambition to unify China had already begun.
