Synopsis:
Orphan Simon (played by Val Kilmer) grew up in a church orphanage, where he was left with not only the new name of John the Baptist and harsh punishment, but also the ability to pry open doors and locks. Years later, Simon had become a famous thief, and he planned to raise 50 million before quitting and enjoying life. Simon was ordered to travel to Moscow and stole chips from the political party leader and oil oligarch Ivan (Rade Serbedzija), and thus became acquainted with Ivan and his son. Simon accepted the task again for a high reward, and this time the employer was actually Ivan and his son. They ordered Simon to steal nuclear technology that could solve the energy crisis.
