Synopsis:
The story takes place in Baltimore, a port city in Maryland, USA. The cunning and cruel drug trafficking leader Ivan Barksdale controls all drug transactions in the western and waterfront areas of the city. His crimes are not limited to drug trafficking. Whether it is his subordinates, police officers, or business opponents, anyone who blocks the path of wealth will face fatal gunfire. With the assistance of his deputy Russell Bell's outstanding economic acumen, Evan not only prospered in the drug business, but also began to expand his influence into legitimate businesses such as real estate.
