Thanks to the serrated edge, the 20cm long blade effortlessly cuts even firm crusts while leaving the soft, delicious bread roll inside intact. The bread knife can also be used to cut Sunday roasts or to cut fruit and vegetables with a hard shell and soft inside such as melons or pumpkins. The light weight of the bread knife means that it sits comfortably in the hand when cutting. The bread knife is also perfectly balanced so that it sits perfectly in the hand with its curved handle made of easy-care plastic in a three-rivet design. The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is made of ZWILLING special formula steel. The ZWILLING logo in red rounds off the timeless design of the knife.
