Got half a bottle of go to black, it’s disgusting considering the price. Fuming huns

Not long after ordering this, I got a message off the seller saying they haven't got it in stock and issued a refund. Multiple days went by and I still hadn't received my refund. I messaged the seller multiple times until I got back "We can confirm the refund has been despatched oir side". I left it a few more days but nothing. I have messaged every 2 days since then and am now just being ignored. Terrible seller, terrible service, will rob you.
