Good customer service

False advertising. Took my money and provided no product. Then refunded me. So had my money in their bank account and presumably making cash off interest. No email of explanation or apology. Disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour as a retailer to a customer.
Would not recommend.

The product was not available at the time of the order and we did not have time to remove the product from sale! We immediately returned the money!
