Appliance arrived in opened tatty box which looked like it had been around some time, items missing, appliance not working, looked to me as though it had been out to somebody else / returned, but items had been removed.

Ridiculous service!
After this company not fulfilling the next day priority delivery I had to fight to get the extra £19.99 back I paid ans explained we are a young family who all have disabilities.
They finally 'apologised' refunded the £19.99 but delivery wouldn't be till the following Tuesday (was meant to be delivered on previous Thursday!!) And they offered to take away my old appliance as a "good will gesture".
Fast forward yo delivery day and the delivery driver point blank REFUSED to bring it up my flat stairs and REFUSED to carry down the old appliance.
He dumped the new dryer at the main entrance of my flat even though he had equipment to safely bring it up/down stairs and out and out refused to deliver as per his job. This left my husband having to carry down the old appliance and carry up the new appliance with no health and safety equipment on his own putting him at serious risk due to his disabilities and has been left with an injured hand.
This company KNEW we are disabled with 2 autistic children and the service received has been absolutely shocking start to finish.
