However, since this is a health-related product, a 9-day wait is simply unacceptable—and that’s assuming it actually arrives on Monday.
I’d like to point out that the scheduled delivery window was the 17th–19th. Today is the 19th, it hasn't arrived, and it certainly won't get here until Monday the 21st.
Why does this happen? In the 21st century, shipping health products via ground transport just doesn't make sense... We’re talking about a 55-gram package; it came from Poland, passed through Italy, arrived in Spain today, and—as I mentioned—won't reach Lisbon until Monday!
I strongly recommend shipping your next product by air! The difference in shipping costs for 55 grams shouldn't be that high!
Anyway...! It’s unbelievable—in the worst possible way!
