I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way this matter has been handled. I have paid for my order but have not received the goods, and I currently feel that I have completely lost my money.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better communication and customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller and would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering.
