I purchased a camera on 9 August 2026, and the delivery was scheduled to take place between 19-21 August. However, for some reason, your courier company left the package at an incorrect delivery point. Due to my time constraints, I was unable to pick up the package from there, so I sent a message to the courier via WhatsApp to provide my correct delivery address again. Unfortunately, the courier company did not respond to my messages, and I do not accept this treatment.
Please cancel this order and refund the payment to my card using the same payment method within 5 days.

I ordered the clock, which was then apparently lost in transit so the order was cancelled. I ordered another and then the first one turned up, so second order was cancelled. And after all that, the clock is not PoE anyway, but 5v usb.
