However, a month later I was charged £33 by FedEx for the return shipment. I was never informed that I would be responsible for this cost. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would have used a different courier at a much lower price.
The return address was a residential property in Scotland, which is not appropriate for a legitimate retail operation and further damages trust.
Your response — “we refunded you the money. Thank you.” — ignored the issue of the unexpected shipping charge and showed no willingness to resolve it.
I take full responsibility for my own naivety in this purchase, but I am sharing this to warn others.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from this seller.
invoice from Fedex for £33! Seller refusing to pay and Onbuy Team not helpful at all. Beware! Would not recommend
