UPDATE! The seller has contacted me and told me to cooperate with him and TO REMOVE MY FEEDBACK!! I politely said NO….
THIS SELER IS A COMPLETE LIAR.ordered the perfume on 26/10/24 sent a message on the 31/10/24 asking when would I receive the perfume, they responded saying the order will be sent and would take 1/2 weeks for delivery and that I should co-operate with them and except the amount of time it takes to send one bottle of perfume! seller claimed he had sent the item when I asked for a full refund as I was not prepared to wait 2 weeks for delivery only to be told he has sent the perfume and can't issue me a refund, so I asked for proof that the order has been sent and they claim they dont have proof of postage or a tracking number!..he also stated 'I will do my best for fast delivery" on the 2/11/24 he stated he will try and do a refund! on the 4/11/24 he stated a refund has been done and that I should receive it via clearpay in 3 days..as of today the 11/11/24 my refund HAS NOT BEEN DONE...and the seller is not responding to my messages, I asked OnBuy to help and they say that as the seller has given me refund the matter is closed!...I have opened up an inquiry via clearpay and will be taking the matter further if my refund id not done this week!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER...HE LIES AND WONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES AND CLAIMS TO HAVE STENT ITEMS WITHOUT ANY PROOF OF POSTAGE! ALSO HAVE PROOF OF ALL MESSAGES AND HIS LIES....
