If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I got a jumble of non Lego branded bricks in a clear plastic bag. No box, no Lego branding. No idea of how they went together or if all the pieces were in there. It looked awful.
I complained, they sent a returns label.
I sent the fake item back before Christmas.
I haven't received anything since then, no emails, messages or refund. Now the store is closed. They are rip off merchants.
It's a shame as I've bought items from onbuy before but has left me feeling conned.
Onbuy need to vet their vendors more.
Onbuy have been contacted for a refund as the vendor isn't responding.
I'd suggest that no-one should buy lego from onbuy. The item is still for sale, same listing but a different vendor.
