I ordered this in order to make gardening easier and it seemed a good price. Sadly, when it arrived, only the canvas seat had been despatched. I requested to return the parcel and to have the money refunded. After several messages I was offered a 70% refund. Apparently, it would be a long process to return the item and to receive a full refund, which basically translated as a threat to accept the offer.

Fantastic product. Lightweight and comfortable. Very easy to use. Perfect for gym as they stay in place. Best ones I've had to date. The price is good aswell for the quality. 5 star service, great seller
