Carousel is an independent family run online gift company that has been operating for over 19 years. We sell a wide selection of gifts and accessories for the home. You can rely on us for quality, efficiency, and good old fashioned service. In 1998, Carousel began as a small village shop in Shalford, just outside Guildford, in Surrey. Many customers will remember us as ‘the colourful shop on the corner with the flags’, we were also often referred to as an ‘Aladdin's cave'. In 2005, we started to sell our products online via Amazon. This proved to be highly successful as we were one of the very first retailers selling online. The shop closed it's doors in March 2017, as one of our owners was retiring. A lot of local customers had grown up with the shop and were sad to see it close, but nothing can last forever, and the time had come. The business continues to grow online. 2018 will see exciting new changes for Carousel, with a new larger warehouse and an expanding team of staff.
