If you have ordered the wrong product, all we ask you to do is to send the goods back to us at your expense via recorded delivery within 7 days of receipt and we shall refund you as long as the goods are in a re-saleable condition and remain unopened / as you received them.
We ask that you send the good by recorded delivery as our distribution centre is very busy and we do not want to lose your items. However, before returning the goods to us, you must get a Returns Number from us so we can track your cartridges through our system.
If the ink cartridges fail for whatever reason, then again, we ask you to return these to us via an issued Freepost address and we shall ship out a new replacement. Again, we ask that you get a Returns Number from us in this instance.
If you order a Printer, Scanner, Multifunction or Media device from us that is faulty within the first 14 days of ownership, we will replace or credit this as a 'Dead on Arrival' unit.
If you order a Printer, Scanner, Multifunction or Media device in error, we ask that you return it at your cost in a new, sealed condition. If the unit has been opened and unboxed, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee as the unit will no longer be deemed as new.
In the case of the wrong product being ordered due to information provided by Onbuy.com or another 3rd party, Cartridge King accepts no responsibility. If the goods remain unopened, we will take the inks back at the buyers expense.
Faulty ink cartridges are covered by a maximum 12 month return or replacement warranty.
