Item did not arrive, at the sellers own admission it was never even sent, I asked for a refund if they couldn't sell it, they agreed but said there was a problem with their account and I would have to be patient. They then began a process of stalling by replying to me to ask me to be patient every 48 hours. This meant that my ability to complain to onbuy was cancelled. Two months later I finally have a refund, but only because I started a section 75 claw back through my payment provider If I could give this seller a minus score I would, they do not deserve a one star.
Do not purchase from them, ever.

I bought this product on 10/04/25 and I’m sorry to say it’s nothing more than a waste of money. It is advertised as a Sony product which is not. It looks so fragile, poor sound quality. Disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend
