Slowest ever delivery . Ive still not recieved it and I doubt i ever will

seller did not keep me informed apart from delivery dates on parcel which changed to longer both times i had to contact them when i did not get parcel then i got contact only to say lost in transit and choice to refund item which i did get quickly many thanks for my refund

I bought an item from Charm Outdoors. When it arrived it wasn't entirely what I was expecting and wasn't what I needed. The responsibility for this was in-part my own so I contacted the shop to try and arrange a return (at my expense, which I was clear about). It was a pleasant surprise that I was sent a full refund. I really appreciated the good will of this action. Thank you.

It's worth adding too that I received a response to my enquiry within 12 hours, which I feel is more than adequate for the modern world of online retail.

With the above experience of this shop as above I would be happy to buy from them again and happy to recommend them.

Do not shop with this company they are slack, their courier company that they use is even more slacker, I ordered the item listed which is a robot hoover on the 28/02/26 and I still have not received it, Onbuy has contacted to ask me how is the product, they don't even realise I have not received it as yet till I told them, so they are not clued in to their own business, I raised it to them that I have not received the item yet by email and they have still not responded, so I am going on every platform to ensure everyone knows about them till they answer and let me know where my three items I have ordered. Don't buy from them, they are bloody tardy and extremely unprofessional and not in the know of the happenings of their own business!!

Seller has expected me to apply for a refund wen the items missing in transit with nowhere on the page lets you ask for one total scam so not only have they took so long to tell me my items missing but they have kept my money avoid them.

No complaints all brill
