My experience is similar to others. I ordered, was fobbed off, the delivery was confirmed despite nothing arriving and I had to get One Buy to step in and refund me.
This retailer is dishonest, untrustworthy and to all extent and purposes a thief.
Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting weeks for this phone to arrive and it was never going to. It stressed me out so much
The seller made excuse after excuse saying that it was in the post and that there were delivery issues in the UK. I wasn't able to track it.
After yet another complaint by me , they suddenly cancelled my order and said that they would refund me and promised me £50 compensation for inconvenience which, incidentally, never materialised.
I wrote a further email which was never replied to.
I am now in a dispute with them via PayPal.
Absolutely, appalling service!
Since writing this review, I see that others have also been scammed.
Please don't purchase anything from this seller.
