Retracting my original review.
I spoke with @Shessocial on the telephone and he turned out to be a wonderful human being. He explained that he never got my messages and went out of his way to demonstrate the statistics surrounding missing mail. We all know it happens. So, he took personal control of the situation and sent me a replacement by post which arrived in double quick time.
I think it's a mark of excellence when a company drops the ball but then stoops and picks it up again. Chessocial is such a company. Happy to do business with them again.
