Avoid avoid avoid
You will place an order and they will confirm delivery on a certain day with an estimated ETA between 7am 4 pm.
After waiting all day for your order you will receive another message with another day and another ETA.
They are not professional.
Nothing but a waste of time.
After reporting them to the onbuy team, the matter had been investigated and I had been offered a full refund.
Onbuy it's an excellent platform for buying the things you need but some of the sellers are dodgy.
Especially this one.
