On top of that, I was unable to process a return despite the stated 30-day return policy. I contacted the retailer three times, clearly explaining that the product does not match the description. Each time, instead of addressing the issue, they either offered alternatives or kept asking what the problem was, even though it had already been explained in detail.
Due to a busy schedule, I could not respond to every message immediately. These prolonged back-and-forth exchanges ultimately affected my ability to complete the refund process. While I understand that this is partly my responsibility for not being able to dedicate enough time to reclaim my own money, I want to warn others not to take the risk of purchasing from this seller if they do not want to face the burden of a drawn-out return process.
It is unclear why sellers use photos that do not reflect the actual product and fail to warn customers about such discrepancies. It is also unclear why there is no straightforward return process in such cases, and instead there is prolonged back-and-forth communication that seems designed to make customers give up on getting their money back.
The product I received is not acceptable. I do not recommend spending time purchasing from this retailer or this platform.
