Items arrived quickly

t it had no screws, dowels etc etc so couldn't build we contacted customer service and they assured us the items we needed would be there by the next day. Next day came and we had a note through door saying couldn't leave in a safe place and needed a signature but the original packing with the frame of the bed was left a few days earlier without any problems and no signature. Phoned today to ask what is happening to be told the items wouldn't be here till Monday now due to delivery only happens on a monday and Thursday in our area which in the day and age is stupid. We asked for a refund then to be told package from our place couldn't be picked up till Tuesday which is funny when courier only in area on a monday and Thursday and also that we wouldn't get a refund till it arrived safely back with them. None of this is our fault but we are being punished for the incompetent people who package the product and the seller who are both at fault.

My son is now having to sleep on the floor on the mattress till monday due to the lack of customer service and incompetence of the company we ordered from.

Im now wanting a phone call regarding this matter and ill be demanding compensation for the lack of service we have received

Great service had to ask about delivery but motorway was shut nearby so was delivered next day..
