Very poor experience with this seller. I bought this phone as a present for my son, but less than six months later it developed a serious fault and would not charge beyond 1%. I contacted the seller about the problem, but received no response.

I expected a working phone and basic customer support if something went wrong. Instead, I was left with a faulty product and no help from the seller. I would not recommend buying from them

Sellers service was excellent

Seller didn't declare the instructions, packaging, and guidance were all in Japanese. Seller didn't reply to my messages. Product only lasted 6 months before they stopped working and I'm now stuck with no invoice and no customer service. Look up the company on trustpilot and companies house, looks very dodgy.
