Good customer service
Supplier sent the wrong product,a totally different one to the one ordered,I contacted COS Supplies first by phone,then at their request by email explaining there mistake,they admitted the error,then offered me a partial refund which seems ridiculous,after several emails each way it still isn’t resolved.The photos above show the difference of what I ordered and what I received it’s not just different packaging it’s a different product.
