Delivered in two days excellent service.

The parcel was not received. It was apparently left in a ‘safe’ place, which is clearly in a wrong house. I haven’t received the latest tracking information from the delivery service, if so, I should have made sure that I was at home to receive the parcel or arrange a convenient day.
I did not recognise the location shown in the delivery photograph and have since knocked on all the doors along the street but still no joy. spoke to the delivery service who were not trained to help the customers, refused to investigate or speak to the driver. i know it is nothing to do with the seller but i am unable to speak to the seller. i just want the item i paid for.
I am extremely disappointed and this parcel was clearly not delivered to the intended recipient.
