I received/ got sent the incorrect item as described / pictured. Communication with the seller is not great nor effective. I received a single rail clothes rail and ordered a double rail, when raised the issue with CZAR Shop Ltd, they were adamant that I had received the correct item and was quick in blaming that I was at fault. The delivery took a week longer than stated as well.
Had to raise a case with OnBuy directly to intervene and get a refund. CZAR Shop also told me to close the case with OnBuy for some strange reason (probably to fob me off and con me).
DO NOT BUY from CZAR Shop.
