Item came on time. That's all I can say

Product never arrived. I waited over a month for the item that was supposed to take a few days and it never arrived. After a month which was already too late for the Christmas present, I contacted the seller and received an email to say that it was delivered 3 weeks ago, yet when I put the tracker details on their website, it shows that the item has not even arrived in the country.
As far as I am concerned, you are scammers and I will be contacting my bank to report it and see if I can get my money back. Disgraceful
