Probably the worst seller I have ever come across. Item arrived late so no longer needed and they will not allow return for a refund. They have tried lying saying that it was my fault the courier couldn't delivery when it clearly states on the Evri website that the package was delayed.

Worst retailer I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Would advise going on customer service course and learning to be more accurate with item descriptions rather than engaging in inaccurate defensive arguments with customers. Picture clearly shows a brush head but you will only receive the roller within the brush head. Description clearly states more than once a brush head. This is just the roller. 0 rating for the seller

I asked the seller TWICE to cancel my order literally 2-3 minutes after placing as placed by accident got the wrong product they DELIBERATELY ignored both requests and dispatched the item anyway. It will be refused when delivering and I will claim back my money through PayPal.
