They asked me to post back using a stamp which I did, they are refusing to answer my messages or give me a refund
When I contacted the seller he was a bit dismissive, said they didn’t have any more in stock but tried to persuade me to wait for them to get some more. Saying strange things like because they were out of stock they had insufficient money to be able to refund me!
I didn’t want a replacement as I had lost confidence in them so asked for my money back.
The seller agreed to refund me once they had received the straighteners back, so I returned them but the return address was just a house not a business premises.
I wouldn’t buy anything from this seller and the whole experience has put me off buying from OnBuy as it seems anyone can sell stuff on here!
