However all in all good service and a great product.
I will give 10/10.
The item arrived clearly damaged. It was cracked, broken, and several parts were snapped off. One of the units didn't even blow any air, making it completely unusable.
I provided clear photos of the damage, yet the seller has still refused to issue a refund. The customer service has been absolutely disgraceful and they have been unwilling to resolve the problem despite the evidence.
Avoid this seller. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
It is quite disgusting to be scammed in this way and I am awaiting a response to me escalating this issue to OnBuy as the scammer is only here to scam.
