I returned this item and requested a replacement because the battery only lasted a few days (my previous one lasted a month on a full charge). The replacement was no better. I suspect both items sent to me were secondhand (boxes were damaged).

I can't return the second item as I have left it too long (I went away for 3 weeks). I would not recommend buying from here

Had to have a refund

I would not recommend buying from this seller. After spending a lot of money, I was left waiting an unreasonable amount of time with very little communication. In the end, I asked for a refund because I had completely lost confidence.

I was originally told the refund would arrive between the 3rd and 4th of July. When that didn’t happen, I was then told it would be between the 6th and 14th. Every time I asked for an update, the responses were vague and unhelpful, and it felt like my concerns were being ignored. I was left wondering day after day what was happening with my money.

Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, the communication was disappointing, and the whole experience was stressful and frustrating. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same dissatisfaction and disappointment that I experienced.

Fast delivery and great value for money. I was planning to buy another one, but I've noticed the price has gone up considerably, which is really disappointing. The Netta fan is perfect and works exactly as expected.

Arrived very quickly

I ordered these saucepans and did not get Carote brand saucepans I was sent rainberg saucepans which were not even the same colour as advertised. This has been a total waste of my time and was a gift for someone.The seller has now partially refunded but £7 less so I’m assuming I’ve had to pay for the postage. I feel that sellers should not be allowed to false advertise what they are selling. Very disappointing would I buy again from this site or seller. NO
