FAKE ITEM-! Didn't arrive after 2 weeks, messaged seller; no response. OnBuy got involved, seller marked item as 'sent', still no message, or item. Arrived after 5 weeks with a Chinese shipping label [after I'd given up & bought from a reputable seller] Item different colour, texture & 'scent' to genuine 1s I've used before; possibly [at best] coloured water-?! Should've just bought from usual site instead of trying to 'save' 20p with this 1-!

I recently contacted seller as I thought my parcel hadn’t arrived , turns out it’s been sitting in my home for a few days, seller had put there name and my delivery address on parcel so I’ve been asking all the neighbours if they are David Hugh’s and put wrong door number on delivery! All sorted now and very happy with product I bought but should really be checking they have buyers name on orders . Never received a reply from seller but only messaged them a couple of days ago. Overall still happy with product and would buy again.
