I am quite unhappy about what I received. So on the advertisement it said that the product was new, but once the package arrived it said refurbished, it was packed in a strange box and not the original Henry packaging, all the pieces in bags that were open, most of the parts had scratches and one part came broken. The pods and bags there was only 2 which I had the impression it included more. This doesn’t seem legit, although on use it turned on, the battery didn’t last as long as it states it should last. I know that it was a cheaper price on here but if it states it’s new, then it should be new. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering anything again with this buyer, I take responsibility for not having read the reviews previously but never again. The only good thing about this process is the response time of the seller which was good when I was requesting for the delivery details for the package, but has yet to reply to be regarding the way this arrived and the state of the product

£260 for a Lego house for my son who was so excited ordered 28th December out of his Xmas money here we are 6 weeks later nothing imagine doing that disgusting stay clear of this seller on buy customer service have been amazing though my little boy is devastated on buy is a great site pity some sellers are scammers

Received a second hand item when it was clearly described as new and sealed. It arrived dirty and not in any packaging at all. I have contacted the seller but haven’t had a reply.
I wish I’d read the reviews on this seller before purchasing.

Not helpful at all he wanted to send me 5 pounds when he sold me an alexa speaker that was from cex costing £32 i asked for full refund he hasn’t responded with a return address they need to be reported for scamming beware of these scammers

Please be advised, I received a WhatsApp message requesting the removal of negative feedback. The sender acknowledged an error, stating that new items should have been dispatched instead of the second-hand goods received. They offered a £25 refund on an £85 purchase or a return label. As there was no mention of sending the brand new items I originally paid for, I have requested a return label. I will provide further updates as necessary.

I am particularly frustrated to have received an item from yourself as a retailer for a “New” Amazon Echo which when it arrived was a used in poor condition Amazon Echo dispatched by CEX not yourself.
Further more we paid £55 to yourself for a new item to see that you went and ordered it from a second hand store for £25…
Please can you refund this purchase as soon as possible and arrange for collection of the incorrect item which was sent!
