I appreciate it was out of the returns window but it wasn’t a return because I no longer wanted it but a return because it wasn’t a genuine Benefit product as advertised or even safe to use.
I should have checked it when it arrived but it was replacement ‘stock’ for when my current product had been used.
Long story short, after several messages back and forth, I was eventually offered a 50% refund in exchange for a positive review.
I’m afraid I’m an honourable person and would rather be honest and stop others buying this rubbish than have a refund I’ve been blackmailed for.
Avoid this seller at all costs, while he was very polite and quick to respond he didn’t understand that this was his issue for selling fake products and instead used the opportunity to get disingenuous reviews from customers. Shameful retailing.
