Returns Policy.


All UK and EC transactions are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.


Cancellation Rights.


You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period).


If you wish to cancel this transaction, you must advise us in writing by email or by letter to the following address within the cancellation period:

You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must arrange for the safe return of goods to Digiflex Limited, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.


On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation.


Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us.


It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession.


Damaged or Faulty Goods.


If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.


We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.


All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item.


If this item subsequently becomes defective we will remedy this in accordance with your statutory rights outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979.


The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, willful damage or normal wear and tear.

It is recommended that if the purchase price of the item is £39.99 or below please return the item by First Class post.


We recommend that if the value is £40 to £49.99 the item is returned by Recorded delivery and for items priced above £50 by Special Delivery.


We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system.

All phones include a 14 day money back guarantee and a free 180 day hassle-free warranty against all hardware faults and 3 month warranty on batteries.

If a refund is required and the phone is found to be faulty we will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. If the item is found to be not faulty we will not cover the postage costs. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received. Please note all items are factory reset, unlocked to all networks, in perfect working order and fully tested by our technicians before dispatch.


All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item.


Please note as advertised the item will have some signs of use and minor cosmetic marks. If you wish to return the item for this reason we will not cover the return postage as the item is not faulty.


If your item becomes damaged or faulty after the 14 day cancellation period, up to 6 months after the purchase date or 3 months after the purchase date for a battery fault, you can return it to us for a replacement only.


We will refund the return postage cost if the item is found to be at fault and cover the delivery cost of the replacement. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.

Returns Process.


Please make sure that the item you are returning is restored to factory settings and all personal data, pin locks & accounts are removed this includes your Apple ID (Account details used for iTunes & App store). If any of your data remains on the handset, you will have 10 days to provide us with the information to unlock the phone or we will return the phone to you.


It is recommended to return the item via Special Delivery or a tracked and signed for service.


We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system.

Product was as described, although I had assumed the pouch was for the disk enclosure. However it did not appear to be big enough so I used it for the USB connection cable.
Delivery was earlier than forecast so no complaints there.
