A year ago I ordered 4oct2024 I got an ET2020 NOT an ET2850. I had no on-line, very internet big issues. Return window was 3nov24. I am angry with Digital Family and my situation. Box still SEALED, unopened, needs returning and a refund.

Contacted the seller multiple times to provide a proof of delivery or tracking info as they were saying the item had been delivered - no reply.

I have now tried contacting the seller multiple times to receive a refund- no reply.
