The seller's lack of communication is unacceptable. I have no idea where my item is, and they have not provided any updates or tracking information. This has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I feel completely ignored.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. The combination of poor customer service and the failure to deliver the item makes this a terrible buying experience.
